special lamb burger recipe

Like to share my lamb burger recipe the old fashion way with some kicks of good quality wine to excite the boring weekend.. do try it!
‘RED DRUNKEN LAMB BURGER’
Ingredients:
200g of minced lamb loin
Few stripes of bacon (chopped & fried)
1 spoonful of mixed herbs
Pinch of chopped garlic & shallots
2 whole eggs (beaten)
3 slices white fresh breads (blended fine)
Salt & pepper
Some cheddar cheese
I cup of red wine
Instructions:
- Mix all the ingredients with the clean hands and give some punches so all combined well & the patty is smooth and well mixed.
- Place the patty on a oily tray to the fridge for 1-2 hour to settle & avoid breakage during cooking.
- Heat up the grill pan and slowly transfer the cold patty to the pan and turn each side for 3 mins till they are about 70% cooked.
- Pour the red wine to the pan & cook the lamb patty for another 3 mins till the sauce thicken & the lamb patty fully absorbed the sauce.
- Remove the lamb patty from the pan to the fresh buns and don’t wait any longer to taste this fantastic recipe!
